Bio
Craig's research takes a rhetorical approach to looking at how workplace teams innovate and overcome groupthink. In particular, his work focuses on the situational and cognitive resources teams draw from in order to add depth to their ideas and arguments. In 2018, he received the "Best Paper for Proceedings" award from the Association of Business Communication. Currently, he teaches 'Writing in the Professions' and previously taught 'Writing About Data'. Prior to CMU, he was an academic writing instructor at Columbia, New York, Saint Joseph’s, and Temple Universities, where he received an outstanding instructor award.
